It’s 2 a.m., and there’s an essay due tomorrow. I’ve only written the first paragraph. Should I sneak a peek at Alice’s essay for ideas? Everybody used the same quotes, right? Is that even considered cheating? I’m sure it’ll only come up as 2 percent similarity on Turnitin. They are just ideas anyways, and we discussed all of this in class. The San Mateo Union High School District (SMUHSD) Board of Trustees passed a resolution on Dec. 15 that prevents the release of undocumented students’ private information to immigration-related federal agencies without parental consent or legal requirement by law.
On Nov. 15, Aragon students walked out of school to take part in a demonstration along with Hillsdale and San Mateo students in Central Park. Students demonstrated not against Trump, but to promote love, equality, and acceptance in the community.
