Last year, the boys varsity water polo team looked to improve their skills by introducing a year-round program to match other schools in the Bay Division.
The Aragon boys varsity water polo team had its final match of the season against Carlmont on Oct. 31.
This year’s water polo season began once again with its traditional “Hell Week” comprised of intense cross-training conditioning. For the girls teams, however, “Hell Week” may be the only thing that hasn’t changed.
The boys water polo team is competing in the PAL Ocean division and has a record of 9-3. The girls team is in the upper PAL Bay division and has a record of 0-5.
A new season begins for Aragon’s Cross Country team and it is already shaping up to be one of the most successful years in Aragon’s history. Both the boys’ and the girls’ varsity teams are currently ranked in the top 10 of the 140 schools in the area based upon last year’s times.
